DAMMUSI AND THE GARDEN

I Jardina is an elegant resort made up of seven dammusi, each equipped with a private pool and connected to its own Pantescan garden, the typical circular stone garden that protects a citrus tree from the wind. The name itself, Jardina, is the plural of jardino and recalls one of the island’s most characteristic rural architectural features.

Arranged on several terraces, the dammusi all enjoy a splendid sea view over Cala di Karuscia and the lighthouse of Punta Spadillo. Although recently built, they fully respect traditional Pantescan architecture: vaulted ceilings, white dome roofs, and thick lava stone walls that blend perfectly with the volcanic landscape.

The interiors, simply and functionally furnished, feature two bedrooms with two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a kitchen equipped in an alcove and a living room with a sea-view dining area. Outside, large covered terraces and private pools offer the ideal space for moments of relaxation surrounded by nature.

Around the dammusi stretches the Mediterranean scrub, which ensures privacy and tranquility, while next to each accommodation there is a private garden with a lemon tree and a built-in barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor spaces.
