The dammusi enjoy a special serenity: in the quiet of the greenery and with the murmur of the sea, guests here breathe in the essence of the island, surrendering themselves to a true holiday for the senses and the spirit. In addition to a freshwater pool, near the sea there is a natural pool lapped by the waves.

On one side the property borders the perimeter road and, on the other, it has a seafront of about 150 meters, with spaces for relaxation in complete privacy, with shaded areas and freshwater showers.

Works by artists of different nationalities give the property a unique touch.

The Malva dammuso is the most prestigious. The entrance is through a beautiful portico with ducchene overlooking the sea and embellished with hand-painted tiles that make it resemble an oriental carpet: the portico faces SW and overlooks the sea.

Two entrance doors open onto it: one leads into a very large living/dining room (over 40 sqm) with a wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning and, through another, into a large double bedroom, also with A/C, which enjoys a beautiful sea view; the room is flanked by a walk-in closet and a bathroom. Next to the dining table there is a large equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook. 

On the NW side the living room overlooks a stone courtyard covered with jasmine. Here, a small alcove with a stone table covered with small hand-painted Tunisian tiles can host romantic dinners or relaxing reading. Next to the kitchen that opens onto an inner courtyard there is a stone wood-fired oven carved into the thickness of a “Pantesco garden”. This dammuso is particularly suitable for one or two people seeking a great deal of comfort and tranquility.
